Our reinterpretation of the viral phenomenon, Dubai Chocolate!

These mooncakes reimagine the iconic pistachio-kadaif combination with a unique spin on its decadent flavours. Containing half the sugar and double the pistachio, it provides a perfect delight for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

​​​Using our ​75% single-origin stone-ground dark chocolate for the shell, we filled it with the iconic pistachio and kadaif filling, adjusted to provide a deeper taste. Stone-grinding the pistachios brings out fresh, explosive flavours.

Our Conspiracy twist brings in a bright ​raspberry jam that contrasts with the pistachio for a light and clean balance.

To allow the flavours to shine, we doubled the pistachio and halved the sugar.

​The result is not only surprisingly light, but the complexity and balance allow us to pack this filling with pistachio, while delighting the tastebuds with Dubai’s famous flavour combination.
