So good it should be criminal! This bar is shaped like a large shareable bonbon - a social bar that’s meant to be cut into slices and shared. A fine coat of 75% single-origin chocolate with a rich hazelnut ganache and whole hazelnuts because texture is everything. The melting in the mouth and the crunch of the hazelnuts will leave them wanting more.

Storage and Serving Suggestions: Store in the fridge in an airtight container or ziplock bag to protect from odors. Take out 20 minutes before eating. We recommend serving on a wooden board and slicing with a hot knife to share with friends. If you feel creative, add to a cheese board or a dessert platter. Also a strong centerpiece for a high tea.
