    Better Than Flowers- Hong Kong did an awesome job with a happy birthday gift sent to a dear friend. They were persistent in delivery and needed to return twice to deliver the surprise box. The surprise box includes special gifts that I choose, and was beautiful and tastefully done. I can’t recommend Better Than Flowers enough!

    Great Gift Delivery timing and personal touch

    I love Better Than Flowers! My son and his family receive their gifts on time and with a really personal touch. If I make a mistake in the order, the team will contact me to check for example, I hadn’t put a message in the card, they contacted me and asked about the message, also I asked for a Sunday delivery but my son’s office is closed on Sunday. They let me know and reorganised delivery for me. Huge thanks to BTF team 🙏🙏🙏

    "Outstanding" Gift delivery in Hong Kong

    One word for their service "Outstanding". Was looking for balloons and gift delivery service within 24 hours to be delivered in HK. "Better than flowers" responded quickly via chat for all my queries so i could place the order.

    Ordering process was fairly simple and customer service is exceptional. I was kept informed about the delivery via WhatsApp throughout till it was delivered to the door step with proof.

Absolutely - Our deliveries are all week Monday to Sunday. Same day delivery is possible if ordered before 10am and orders passed after 10am are sent out the following day.
