    Better Than Flowers- Hong Kong did an awesome job with a happy birthday gift sent to a dear friend. They were persistent in delivery and needed to return twice to deliver the surprise box. The surprise box includes special gifts that I choose, and was beautiful and tastefully done. I can’t recommend Better Than Flowers enough!

    I love Better Than Flowers! My son and his family receive their gifts on time and with a really personal touch. If I make a mistake in the order, the team will contact me to check for example, I hadn’t put a message in the card, they contacted me and asked about the message, also I asked for a Sunday delivery but my son’s office is closed on Sunday.     "Outstanding" Gift delivery in Hong Kong

    One word for their service "Outstanding". Was looking for balloons and gift delivery service within 24 hours to be delivered in HK. "Better than flowers" responded quickly via chat for all my queries so i could place the order.

    Ordering process was fairly simple and customer service is exceptional. I was kept informed about the delivery via WhatsApp throughout till it was delivered to the door step with proof.
